Rich Internet Application in PLC PFC200
Michalík, David ; Kaczmarczyk, Václav (referee) ; Arm, Jakub (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis is mainly focused on implementation of our own means of controlling a PLC PFC200, made by Wago company, through a dynamic website application. This thesis includes basic information about PLC, known means of controlling it, a list of available web servers for Linux operating systems and a description of how to create our own real-time control. Result of this thesis is a web application running on a webserver inside the PLC using our own runtime system in a form of daemon programs.
PLC SCADA System for Control of Wind Tunnel
Trenčan, Tomáš ; Jirgl, Miroslav (referee) ; Arm, Jakub (advisor)
This work focuses on programmable logic controllers (PLC) made by WAGO and SCADA systems. It consists of two parts, theoretical part and a practical part. In theoretical part there are terms which explains SCADA systems, WAGO PLC and programming software e!COCKPIT made by WAGO and searches of free SCADA systems supporting communication through Modbus TCP. One of the SCADA systems was chosen as a visualization software for two task in practical part. Practical part consists of PLC codes made in programming software e!COCKPIT for two tasks, wind tunnel and controlled axis and their visualization.
Internet based control of laboratory models
Dobrovolný, Petr ; Smrčka, František (referee) ; Zezulka, František (advisor)
This award solves design of two models that are designed to teach on PLC and in the future on the Control Web. Both models should be used in LabLink system, which allows you to remotely working on laboratory tasks. The first software model simulates the movement of trains on rail in relation on control from the PLC. The second model is a physical model of drill. In both models are solid managing and type of construction, which allows operation without physical intervention.
PLC PFC200 Benchmarking
Majchrák, František ; Pásek, Jan (referee) ; Arm, Jakub (advisor)
The paper analyzes the possibilities of benchmarking PLC PFC200 from WAGO. The first part of the paper is dedicated to functional approximation of the machine, its possible use, individual programming options, to get acquainted with the possibilities of implementing its own program blocks in embedded Linux environment and determine their interconnection possibilities with PLC environment. In the second part I focus on benchmarking, benchmarking types, a description of certified measurements and assessment of measurement. The last part explains an application that displays the load of the entire PLC system.
Energy metering based on open source technologies in automation
Szymanik, Adam ; Arm, Jakub (referee) ; Fiedler, Petr (advisor)
This master thesis deals with description of open-source automation platforms, which can be used as alternatives to normal PLC systems and selectino of the most suitable platform for automation task. This thesis also describes creation of task for energy consuption measurement, prediction and control in Codesys developement system. Installation of QC4 software and created configuration is also described. The vizualization displays measured and calculated values, event and alarm log and allows for manual disconnection of appliances. The results, shortcomming and benefits are summarized in conclusion.

Project of web interface for evidence and setting of systems WAGO – En Ocean
Pudík, Svatopluk ; Voldán, Jiří (referee) ; Marada, Tomáš (advisor)
The objective of this bachelor thesis is creation of the GUI interface for setting of wireless collection of datas from the machines. The thesis will function as a documentation for the created software when applying in other production locations. The created tool will be used by a service engeneer for setting of the wireless transmitters on the PLC WAGO with the wireless module EnOcean. The interface is realized as a webpage that is accessible from any computer on the site. On this webpage, it is possible to show the monitoring of the actually set and active transmitters from the machines, eventually add or remove the transmitters if needed, without necessity of uploading a new software to the PLC or restraint of the other transmitters.
